Shalby's Play House.
A dedicated operating system for modern early childhood education: it eliminates fragmented WhatsApp groups, paper sign-in sheets, and manual fee calculations with real-time class booking, multi-branch scheduling, automated lesson progression, and parent portals.

Case study
The challenge.
Preschools and early learning academies spend more time wrestling with scheduling bottlenecks, missed messages, and manual payment tracking than teaching children. Paper attendance sheets get misplaced, double-bookings frustrate parents, and coordinating multi-branch staff takes hours every single week.
Shalby's Play House set out to unify their entire preschool operations into a single cohesive platform. We architected, designed, and engineered the system from ground up: four dedicated role perspectives (Superadmin, Branch Admin, Teacher, Parent) where every booking, payment, and lesson advancement reflects across the system instantaneously.
The hard part is not any single screen — it is that every role interacts with the same real-time data from a completely different operational angle. A booking made by a parent instantly reserves a seat, updates teacher availability, decrements prepaid hours, and queues the child's developmental plan without human intervention.
The platform coordinates daily preschool operations across 10 interconnected workflows, keeping teachers focused on children and parents fully informed.
